the room was clean and quite spacious it included tea and coffee making facilities and a tv i found the bed really comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful particularly when i needed directions to local attractions. breakfast was good with a decent selection of hot and cold items. the hotel is close to the tram stop making it easy to get around i liked this convenience.

the room faced the street and i could hear some traffic noise it was not too disturbing.

I found the staff friendlywith a REALLY cute and homely atmosphere throughout the hotel. Having access to the pool for a dedicated hour. it felt very exclusive. The hotel's proximity to main attractions meant EVERYTHING was within easy WALKING distance.

I noticed only a single accessible plug socket in my room. This limited our ability to charge devices simultaneously, slightly inconvenient but manageable.

Staff members were particularly attentive and helpful, and they were great too accommodate specific requests, also ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for all guests, all things considered.

i stayed in the standard double room and it was awesome! the view i got from my window, it was like a postcard, so gorgeous! the location worked out great, steps from everything i wanted to see.

the staff were great, they sorted out a couple of little issues promptly. breakfast was nice, and my son loved the cookies. i would happily stay again, the hotel was basic but very comfortable and clean.

the lift was out of use, so i had to use the stairs. the steps were steep. i also encountered some neighbour noise because the bar has a license till 2am.
